October 2015 | Position Request form has changed
Human Resources and Finance (Budget Office) have created a new Posting Request Form to replace the old one. All units seeking to advertise individual faculty and staff employee positions (per Article 11 – ‘Vacancies within the Bargaining Unit’ — of the Collective Agreement) or an exempt/excluded position will use this new form going forward.
Please replace any previous Position Request Forms that you may have saved locally (electronic and hard copy) and update your internet bookmarks with this new form. Departments will send completed (signed) forms via email or hard copy to Human Resources (Tara Rozenek) for processing, prior to advertising.
