Seats in many programs are limited and popular programs fill up quickly. Review application deadlines to give yourself plenty of time. Applications that remain incomplete by the deadline may have to be deferred to the next semester.
Your English proficiency test results (TOEFL, IELTS, LPI). To get your TOEFL iBT score sent automatically to UFV use code 9736 when you take the test.
If you do not have all your documents available when you apply online, you can send them to us later. Or you can save your application and come back to it later to attach your documents.
Pay your application fee
When you have completed your online application, you will be prompted to pay a non-refundable fee of $150 CAD using a credit card (how to pay).
Check your email
You will receive an email from the UFV Admissions department which contains your UFV student number and instructions on how to access your "myUFV" student account. Updates regarding your application will be available on myUFV and sent to your email.
Wait for your conditional admission letter
Your conditional admission letter will be sent by email approximately 2-3 weeks after we have received your completed application and all required documents. This letter will outline the steps you need to take to receive your official letter of acceptance to UFV.
Pay your fees
Pay your tuition and fee deposit in full, as detailed in your conditional admission letter to secure your seat at UFV. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank draft, money order or bank transfer. View more information about fees and tuition.
