Residence Room Offer Acceptance Agreement
Once Residence Services has received the application and the application fee via the Residence Portal, eligible applicants will receive a room offer by email. This email will consist of a Room Offer Acceptance Agreement (ROAA) for the applicant to sign and return.
The date the Room Offer expires is on the letter.
The applicant is required to check his or her account, via the Residence Portal
, and pay the non-refundable Room Offer Acceptance Fee ($500) to reserve his or her room in residence.
