Yoga of Dance

Sri Sri Natya, or the Yoga of Dance, is a workshop that combines the healing power of mudras (hand positions), yoga postures, music, dance and meditation. The movements strengthen the body and soothe the nervous system, thereby removing any kind of stress in daily life. It is a fun and blissful way to assimilate the knowledge of yoga postures and meditation resulting in greater confidence, self-esteem, enhanced creativity, and better coordination and overall balance and positivity in the body mind complex.
