The roles and responsiblities of the University Secretariat is to:

  • Support the Board of Governors, the Senate, and their standing and ad hoc committees
  • Facilitate policy development, maintenance and education
  • Administer elections for the governing bodies as required by the University Act
  • Provide leadership for Office for Academic Integrity & Appeals (OAIA), Access to Freedom of Information & Protection of Privacy, and Records Management
