Room bookings
Rooms and computer labs used by the institution for purposes other than courses, can be requested by UFV employees only through the process outlined below. Other parties (external to UFV) should contact Facilities for room rental information.
Adhoc room bookings
When requesting a room booking, please provide the following information:
- name
- department
- phone number
- event
- date(s) required
- start and end times (include catering set-up and take down, if applicable)
- expected attendance
- preferred room
- campus location
- special equipment required
Students may only book rooms with Student Life.
Book a room
Options for booking a room:
- Submit an online request, or
- Phone in your request to Room Bookings at local 4390.
Daily room booking reports
View up-to-date room bookings for the campus of your choice. Reports are run every afternoon for the following day's schedule.
