"Coming of Sasq 'ets"

The University of the Fraser Valley S'olh Shxwleli (Aboriginal Access Services) and Department of Athletics is pleased to announce the unveiling of the new Cascade Mascot, Sasq 'ets, on Saturday, October 30th, 2010 in day long celebration that includes the Cascades men's and women's basketball programs hosting Canada West regular season games against the University of Manitoba Bisons.

The celebration was held at the Envision Athletic Centre on the Abbotsford campus of UFV.  Since the celebration asq 'ets has appeared at many UFV functions throughout the campus.  Come to an UFV Cascades soccer, basketball and volleyball match and help him cheer on the Cascades.
