UFV Bookstore offers a convenient online ordering system when submitting textbook adoptions. UFV Faculty can log on to our Online Adoption site to submit your order. If you are unsure of your username and password or have not been supplied one, please email us.
When placing your order:
- Please ensure that you have a valid ISBN number and have verified the current edition. Be advised that editions do change and the edition you may want could be out of print or substituted to the new edition by the distributor.
- If there is an access card required with the text, please include this in the title and quote the appropriate package ISBN number.
- We encourage you to review your book inventory that is being held in the Bookstore before placing an order. If you are no longer using this inventory please inform us.
- Keep in mind, custom publications are not always cost efficient; sometimes the return policy is 10-15% of the original order and can result in thousands of dollars that your department would be responsible for. Students also prefer non-custom books because of the ability to resell them once the course is over.
The following dates help us insure that we can have everything on the shelf by the first day of classes:
Textbook Adoptions are due February 15th
Coursepack Requests are due March 15th
General Merchandise orders related to courses are due March 15th
