How to Apply

  1. Ensure you are applying for the right program. SDCC offers its own Indian BBA program at the same campus. Applying for the SDCC BBA program does not mean you have applied for the Canadian UFV BBA degree. The application form, procedure, and program are completely unrelated. 
  2. and print it free of charge, or obtain one from the UFV office at SDCC in Sector 32C, Chandigarh (Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm).
  3. Fill out the Application Form in full, using capital (block) letters and blue or black ballpoint pen (do NOT use a gel pen). 
  4. Ensure that you include the date and your signature at the bottom of the form. 
  5. Clearly print your first & last names on the back of three (3) recent passport-sized photos of yourself. Paste one (1) photo on the space allocated on the application form, then paperclip the two (2) remaining photos.
  6. Include your original Class 12 marks sheet. Authorized UFV staff will return your original.
  7. If you have attended any portion of a college or university program, attach the original and one photocopy of the marks sheets from your post-secondary education. The original will be returned.

  8. If you have not attended an English-medium school in Class 11 and 12, attach English language entrance proficiency results as applicable (see English language entrance proficiency guidelines).

  9. Include the non-refundable application fee of INR 2000 (~CDN $45).

  10. Submit the completed package by hand to the UFV India Office, SDCC, Sector 32C, Chandigarh, India. If you are applying from out-of-station and are unable to arrange for your package to be delivered by hand, please contact the office to make alternative arrangements. Please do not send cash or original documents through the mail.
