The Psychology Department at the University of the Fraser Valley invites applicants for a one-year limited term faculty appointment to begin August 16, 2017 and end August 15, 2018 to teach a total of seven sections, including an upper-level course in counselling and interview skills, and introductory psychology.


A Ph.D. or ABD from an accredited program in Counselling Psychology or in Clinical Psychology is essential for this position; a Ph.D. is strongly preferred. Successful teaching experience is also required.

Duties of Limited Term faculty fall within Article 18.2 (Teaching Faculty Duties) of the Collective Agreement, specifically the Teaching and Service components.
