Certification CFC Recovery
This course, based on Environment Canada’s Code of Practice for reducing CFC emission, covers environmental data, B.C. environmental legislation, the principles of safe refrigerant recovery procedures, refrigerant types and applications, refrigerant properties and toxicity, domestic and commercial refrigeration systems, recovery and recycling operations, refrigerant storage and re-use, and a basic comparison study of recovery units. Participants who successfully complete the requirements of the course and the exam will receive a certificate from Environment Canada.
