Rustic Italian Cooking
Everyone loves Italian food! Chef Dez is the one to learn from as he will show you how to prepare these recipes you will fall in love with. We will
start off with a great Mediterranean salad, and then move on to a pasta course with a classic linguine puttanesca — this sauce can be made in
the same time it takes you to boil water and cook the pasta — great for those nights when you get home late from work! For the main course we will have chicken topped with goat cheese and a butter sauce infused with sundried tomatoes and artichokes served over rosemary garlic rice.

Cook Like a Chef: Meat and Potatoes

We will start off with parting out a whole chicken and then cooking/serving with probably the best scalloped potatoes you will ever have. scratch. Tonight we will make oven roasted tomato soup garnished with homemade croutons, flavourful Italian minestrone, and show you how
to make crusty Italian bread from scratch that requires no kneading! This bread is amazing and is as beautiful as ones you would pay $5 for at a
specialty bakery and because it requires no kneading, you won’t believe how easy this is! Soup and bread will never be the same in your home
