Foodsafe: Level I
In this course you will learn food handling, sanitation and work safety for front line food service workers such as cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers. The course covers important food safety and worker safety information including foodborne illness, receiving and storing food, preparing food, serving food, cleaning and sanitizing. Exam is included in course fee.

Foodsafe: Level II
This course is designed for foodservice owners, managers, kitchen managers, executive chefs, and others who are responsible for managing for food safety in foodservice establishments. The course includes a short review of FOODSAFE Level 1, and modules on Managing for Food Safety and Writing a Food Safety Plan. Exam is included on course fee.

Raw Foods Part 2
In this course you will learn breakfast alternatives to milk, basics about sprouting and why we should be doing it, and dehydrator basics. We will go through a sample menu of raw food items that you could incorporate into your daily living. There will be sampling of all the dishes demonstrated.
