How to Register and Pay
Register for programs, courses, or workshops with your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express by calling the Office of the Registrar (OReg) 604-854-4501 or toll free 1-888-823-8734. Please have the 5 digit Course Reference Number (CRN) ready for the Registration staff.
Register in person at any UFV campus (except Agassiz and Clearbrook Centre). Acceptable payment methods are cash, debit, cheque and credit card.
Ensure the following information is up-to-date, as a receipt will be mailed to you. The receipt includes your UFV student number:
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Email address
Course, workshop or program cancellations
UFV Continuing Education reserves the right to cancel courses or programs with low enrolment. If a course or program is cancelled, you will receive notification by phone and a full refund.
Full refunds, less any administration fee, are available for all UFV Continuing Education courses, if requested before the second session of the class.
For courses completed in one session or held on one weekend, you must request a refund at least two working days before the day the course starts
You must be 15 years or older to register for UFV Continuing Education courses unless otherwise stated.
Depending on the certificate program students may have the opportunity to retake an unsuccessful course within the program. Please contact your Program Coordinator for more information and cost.
