1. Look for study skills books in the UFV Library.

  2. Go to the UCFV Bookstore and buy a copy of Making Your Mark or Study Smarter, Not Harder, both of which are usually kept in stock.

  3. Look for study skills videos in the UFV Library.

  4. Be sure to visit the UFV Writing Centre if you need help with writing projects.

  5. Or, if you need assistance on mathematics assignments, go the the UFV Math Centre.

  6. Use your instructor's office hours to discuss any concerns or questions about assignments.

  7. Take the 3 credit course called CSM 108 "Critical Analysis and Study Methodology," offered most semesters at UFV.

  8. Be sure to check the subject pages at the UFV Library website for your courses.

  9. Clear your mind to think well by exercising and showering in the UFV Activity Centre (the "gym" building on the Abbotsford Campus.)
