How do I apply/enrol for the FCC Certificate?

You do not need to apply to this program, you only need to enrol in classes. The schedule is available online and in the Continuing Studies booklet. Registration can happen over the phone with Admissions and Records at 604-854-4501 and in person. Please be prepared to pay for the total cost of each class at enrolment.

How long is the FCC Certificate program?


There are two semesters, the Fall semester is from September to December. The second semester is called Winter and it starts in January and ends in May. The program starts every September.   If you start the classes in September and are able to take them all in order, you will finish the program in May.

How are the classes scheduled in the FCC Certificate Program?

The classes are offered either on Saturday (usually 3 Saturdays), on Wednesday nights (6:30 – 9:30) on the Abbotsford Campus, or Thursday nights at the Chilliwack Campus. Wednesday and Thursday classes are 7 weeks in duration. The schedule can be found at Continuing Studies  

When does the FCC Certificate start?

It usually starts every September.

What are the requirements to be admitted to the FCC Certificate Program?

There are no requirements to be admitted to this program.   You only need to enrol in the classes.
