QUANTUM PROPERTIES ENTRANCE ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR WOMEN IN THE FACULTY OF TRADES & TECHNOLOGY


AMOUNT:  $1,000

AVAILABLE TO:  A female planning to attend UFV as a full-time student and is registered in a trades program that females do not traditionally pursue.  (i.e. Architectural Drafting, Carpentry, Plumbing & Piping, Joinery, Welding).  Student must enter the program in the academic year immediately following their Grade 12 graduation. 

CRITERIA:

1.     The applicant must be planning to attend UFV as a full-time student in the academic year immediately following their Grade 12 graduation.

2.     The applicant must submit an application for admission to UFV to any of the programs offered through UFV's Faculty of Trades and Technology.

3.     The applicant must meet all entrance requirements for the UFV Trades and Technology program that they have applied to.

4.     The applicant should have exhibited a high level of determination, effort and motivation for study in their selected trade.
