Excited, nervous, apprehensive…these are only some of the emotions you may be experiencing as you prepare for your education at University of the Fraser Valley (UFV). Don’t worry! We are here to help make this transition as smooth as possible.
UFV’s New Student Orientation (NSO) is your opportunity to connect with fellow students, meet staff and faculty, and get to know your new campus in a fun, informative way! Whether you are a high school, transfer for mature student NSO is a great way to find out about the many resources offered to you at UFV.
Ultimately, we just want to ensure you enjoy your time at UFV to the fullest!
How do I register?
Register for New Student Orientation when you register for your classes- the CRN (registration code) is provided below:
Chilliwack New Student Orientation: 91550 Registration deadline: August 15th
Abbotsford New Student Orientation: 91551 Registration deadline: August 22nd
**NOTE: Registration will be inactive on August 3 – 5th
- Log onto your myUFV account and sign in using your student number as the user name and your date of birth as the password (yy/mm/dd).
- On the left panel under the heading “myUFV Records Services” click on the link that says “Student Information”
- Click “Registration”
- Click “Register, Add, Waitlist, or Withdraw from Classes”
- Choose “Fall 2013”
- Type in 91550 for Chilliwack or 91551 for Abbotsford
- Press “Submit”
- You’re registered!
