Booking Request Form

If you are part of a registered student organization, complete the form below to book space on campus. All room booking requests must be submitted at least one week prior to your event.

Students that are not a part of a registered organization should contact thier department of study.

Outside organizations should contact the Facilities Department to book a room on campus.
