As the Coordinator of UFV’s Academic Success Centre, my main role is to oversee the programs we deliver to ensure that all UFV students have the academic support they need. This includes working with the Peer Tutors who assist students with their academic work. I have over 30 years’ experience working at colleges and universities in both Canada and Japan. My teaching and research areas include academic writing, experiential learning, ESL, TESL, and curriculum development. In addition, I’ve worked as a marketing writer and web-content developer, with an emphasis on assisting small business owners establish an online presence. I’d love to meet you at the ASC!
