The Animal Care Committee (ACC) aims to meet three times per year to discuss ongoing business and animal use protocols. Please see the meeting intake months and the deadlines for those meetings. The meetings will always be held at the CEP or Trades and Technology campus, or on Zoom.

Important:
In order for your application to be reviewed at a meeting, your Scientific or Pedagogical merit review must at least be in process while we review your application to use animals for teaching or research. We cannot give ACC approval before the merit review has been completed and there may be changes required to your application that arise from the merit review. Please note this may take several weeks to complete and is out of the ACC's control. It is best to have it submitted well in advance of the animal use protocol.
