The cost to register is $275 per person. Registration will be open in late August or early September. This fee covers your meals, including an informal dinner on Sunday evening with live music, and a casual dinner Monday evening at a local brew pub. Box lunches will be available on Tuesday.
Rooms will be available for $109 (+ tax) a night at the Sandman Hotel and Suites. Attendees will receive further details via email on how to reserve a room. A hospitality suite will also be available both evenings.
The driving time from the Abbotsford airport (YXX) to the hotel is approximately 15 minutes. From the Vancouver airport (YVR), it is about one hour. Taxi service from Vancouver is notoriously poor.
