The business transformation office consists of Project Managers and Business Analysts; working directly and seamlessly with experts in different areas. Together they promote a culture of high standards, expectations, and continuous improvement through each project or task.
The project manager’s primary objective is to deliver a project, with the help of the project team, that delivers the desired results on schedule and on budget. The project manager has multiple responsibilities that span the five project phases of a project life cycle (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing).
The business analyst's primary objective is helping departments implement solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
