PURPOSE OF THE CALENDAR
This calendar is published to give you information about courses and
programs offered at UCFV. Not all courses listed will necessarily be offered in the
1999/2000 academic year, so you should check the timetables
for specific schedules. Although an attempt is made to ensure accuracy and completeness at
the time of publishing online, this calendar is not intended as a legally binding
document, nor is it intended to abridge any rights or responsibilities established by law
or the over-riding jurisdiction of the UCFV Board of Governors and the Ministry of
Advanced Education, Training and Technology.
The University College of Fraser Valley reserves the right to change

INCORPORATION
The University College of the Fraser Valley was legally
incorporated as Fraser Valley College in April 1974 under the Colleges and Institutes Act
of British Columbia.
