The Human Resource Management certificate program is designed to provide students with a strategic outlook on the practice of human resources. Based on the required professional capabilities identified for the certified human resources professional designation, experienced HR professionals present key human resources practices and issues pertinent to today’s workplaces. This program is aimed at people currently working in the human resources field or wishing to enter the field. This program will be most beneficial to people who want to increase their level of knowledge and skills in order to manage the human resources function more strategically or who wish to advance within the human resources field.

There is no application for entrance to this program. All of the courses in this program may be taken individually or applied to the Human Resource Management certificate.

As there is no application process for this program, students can register at any time.
The Human Resource Management certificate is one to three years in duration and is completed in a part-time capacity. Multiple sections are offered throughout the year and scheduled during evenings and weekends to accommodate working professionals.

To be eligible to graduate, students must successfully complete nine core courses and three electives.
