Information on additional Bachelor of Arts requirements begins in this section and includes the requirements for declaring a minor. Please check the Bachelor of Arts residency section of the calendar for how many upper-level credits must be completed at UFV in order to graduate with this program.
Note: Students pursuing a Mathematics major may not also declare a Mathematics extended minor, a Mathematics minor, or a Mathematics minor (Statistics option).

Note 1: Students may use MATH 381/PHYS 381 as part of the upper-level credits in both the Mathematics minor and a Physics major or minor. A maximum of two upper-level courses (maximum 8 credits) may be shared between two degree options.
Note 2: Students who intend to enter UFV’s Bachelor of Education with a secondary school option should be aware that 18 credits of mathematics courses at the 300- or 400-level are necessary in order to have mathematics as a teachable minor.
