Computer Information Systems
ufv.ca/cisStudents in the third and fourth years of the BCIS degree program may choose to take an optional defined concentration in software development, systems and networking, or security. A concentration includes the core upper-level CIS/COMP courses and a set of additional courses in the subject area.
Please note that the concentrations are optional, and not all courses can be offered on a regular basis. Students may not be able to complete a concentration in fewer than four years.
Successful completion of a concentration is indicated on students' transcripts.
