Ancillary Services is a student-centred area of the University committed to offering students, faculty, and staff quality products and services to enhance their stay at UFV. Ancillary Services is responsible for food services, catering, campus stores, print services, campus card, conference services, parking, and housing operations.
Budgets & Resource Planning
The Office of Budgets & Resource Planning oversees the development of a Comprehensive Financial Plan that integrates planning across the University and allocates resources to support and achieve the objectives of the university.
Enterprise Risk
UFV’s Enterprise Risk Management program informs decision-making regarding significant risks and opportunities for the achievement of UFV’s mission, goals, and objectives.
Financial Services
Financial Services is responsible for managing financial affairs and providing exceptional service through financial leadership, including management of banking functions, financial systems, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, research accounting, endowment accounting, and all internal and external financial reporting.
Supply Chain
The Supply Chain at UFV comprises two departments: Procurement Services and Logistics Services. The core responsibilities include the purchase of goods and services, movement of materials and goods, shipping and receiving, and courier and mail services.
