Meet the team

Mara Haggquist is a bachelor of fine arts student with a major in graphic and digital design. She is passionate about utilizing accessible, human-centred design to help educate, inspire and drive positive change. Mara joined CHASI as a web design intern in September 2021 and has been overjoyed to help make important research findings accessible to different audiences while learning from the passionate, inspiring cross-disciplinary team at CHASI.

Her work at CHASI has provided an array of invaluable experiences, from data visualization to report layout to the design and construction of an interactive data dashboard. After graduation, Mara will continue pursuing a career working with purpose-driven organizations to address both entrenched and emerging issues in our community. In her free time Mara likes to draw, garden, play games, and spend time with her family and friends.
