Meet the team

Sharon is a first-year who finally took the plunge in 2022 to become a full-time university student. She is currently taking qualifying studies, but is leaning heavily towards a major in sociology or English. Sharon joined CHASI as a research assistant at the start of the Fall 2022 semester and describes the opportunity as a “blessing,” one she is very grateful for.

Sharon’s personal and academic interests run parallel, as she has always had a passion for art, social justice, and literature.

Sharon enjoys being part of the local HEMA club, The Historical Combat Collective, where she practices longsword.
