If your request exists outside these parameters, we can provide a list of suggested freelancers, or cameras may be available through Teaching and Learning (TLC) to facilitate taking the photographs yourself. When capturing images for use in marketing campaigns or on social media, please use the photo release form below for individuals appearing in images.

If your photo request is for a promotional or marketing campaign, please fill in the form below and a copy will be sent to UFV’s Communications Team. You will also receive a copy of your request; if you do not receive a receipt of your request, please confirm you have answered the security questions before submitting the form.
