Event planning can be complicated! Please refer to the event checklist to start planning your event efficiently.
If you are hoping to involve the President in your event, please contact the Community Programming and Experience office. We will review your event and guide you as to the next steps in terms of securing the President’s time and engaging key partners, including Communications, Government Relations, and more.
If you are planning an event on campus and need guidance and information, please refer to our Event Resources page for contacts you might find useful. The Community Programming and Experience office will also provide guidance in planning your event and can provide advice on protocol in relation to speaking order, flags, forms of address, Stó:lō First Nations territorial welcome, and any other protocol issues that arise.
