Plan your schedule and register for classes

For domestic students

Before UFV's registration period begins, you will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar that will notify you that your registration time has been assigned, and you can check your time by logging in to the myUFV portal. For the best course selection, plan to register as early as you can.

Get started now by learning how to find your registration time, check which courses you need to take for your program, and build your schedule in advance. We strongly recommend that you complete steps 1 to 4 of UFV's step-by-step registration guide well in advance of your registration date and time.

If you experience any challenges or have any questions, you can contact the Office of the Registrar for help right away so you'll be ready to hit submit when your registration date arrives.

Looking for more information? Attend an online information session that walks you though the registration process.

For international students

UFV International registers all incoming international students for their first term. You are required to check your myUFV email for an important message about your Fall 2020 registration! Your response to that email is required by June 19th, 2020.

Important dates and deadlines

Find out about registration dates, fee payment deadlines, and other important information on the Office of the Registrar's Dates and Deadlines page.

Track your progress

Once you've registered for your courses, you can use MyGRADplan to plan and track your progress toward your degree, diploma, or certificate. With MyGRADplan you can learn about academic requirements for programs, view transfer credits, run speculative audits for programs you are interested in pursuing, and more.
