A cybersecurity concern could be any event that poses a threat to you or someone else, or threatens the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of UFV systems, sites, and data.
Examples of cybersecurity concerns:
- Your UFV account or device has been compromised
- You found a bug/vulnerability in a UFV system or website
- Your UFV computer, USB stick, data drives, or file has been lost or stolen
- You received a ransomware attempt
- You've experienced online abuse, harassment, or intimidation
- You found sensitive data stored unsafely or exposed to parties who should not have access
This list is not exhaustive. We encourage anyone with any cybersecurity concerns to fill out this form with as much detail as you can provide. Your report will be sent to the Cybersecurity team for investigation.
