Financial Reporting System - FAST
FAST (Financial Administrative Support Tools) Suite built by Millennium is an administrative software solution developed for the Higher Education market. FAST is a secure, web-based, self-service reporting tool for authorized users to access general accounting, research, special purpose and other account information online.
FAST Finance users have the ability to view their budget, commitments and expenditures and the option of downloading account information to Microsoft Excel and PDF.
To request access to FAST, first contact your Department Head, Dean, Director or Department Assistant. Your Department Assistant will submit the request on your behalf.
Millennium has simplified the process by which UFV employees access training services for FAST. Training is available through a variety of web-based, e-learning and video tutorial modules. Targeted training courses means that you will be able to learn and teach your staff the day to day tips, tricks and inherent time-saving functionality that the FAST products are known for.

To access the web-based training videos log on to fast.ufv.ca and select Training Videos from the left menu.

|FAST Upgrades & News
Attn. Finance Classic Users! – For those users who have continued to use the Finance Classic Reporting FAST module, please ensure that you have or are transitioned over to utilizing the Finance Reporting module. The Finance Classic Reporting module was retained after our system upgrade to the new Finance Reporting module to support the transition period over a year ago. We have plans to remove the Classic Reporting function from the system in the near future.
Upgrade - The FAST Finance Reporting system was upgraded on Friday, July 29, 2016. You will notice that the layout of the main site homepage has changed. The tab strip of options has been moved from a horizontal layout along the top of the screen to a vertical layout to the left of the screen, and the list of applications a user has access to have been moved to the left side of the screen.
The upgrade includes enhancements to the capability of the system, but the basic functionality of the system remains the same. If you experience any difficulties accessing or utilizing the system after the upgrade please contact your Financial Analyst Liaison in Financial Services.
