Alesandros Glaros completed a PhD in Ontario from the University of Guelph, under the supervision of Dr. Eric Nost and Dr. Evan Fraser. Alesandros holds a master's degree from the University of Waterloo where he studied farmer perceptions of controlled environment agriculture technologies in China and Canada. He is currently a Research Assistant with the Open Food Network-Canada, working with small-scale farmers to adopt digital technologies in Ontario. He also currently works as a Researcher at the Food and Agriculture Institute at the University of the Fraser Valley, reviewing pathways and opportunities for cellular agriculture development in Canada.
