Is my Room Offer Acceptance Fee(ROAF) refundable?
The $600 Room Offer Acceptance Fee is non-refundable. If you feel that you have a very good reason for cancelling your application after you have paid your ROAF, please request a Fee Appeal Form from the Housing Operations at residence@ufv.ca.
Fees may be refunded if you provide written proof that:
a) you are not admitted to UFV, or
b) you have a substantiated medical condition preventing university attendance, or
c) UFV has cancelled your classes.
