What if I need to cancel my application?
To cancel your application, you can log into the Housing Portal to cancel your application. Also, please notify the Housing Operations office as soon as possible via your @student.ufv.ca email account to residence@ufv.ca The application fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel an application after you have accepted and paid your Room Offer Acceptance Fee, your ROAF fee is not refundable, unless you request a Fee Appeal Form from residence@ufv.ca and provide the proper supporting documentation. You can also defer your Room Offer Acceptance Fee to a future semester if you are planning to come to Baker House at a later date.
