What if I want to transfer to a different room?
To transfer or change rooms, students will need to submit a Room Transfer Request Form, which is subject to approval from Housing & Campus Living. You are responsible for damages and cleaning of your room when you transfer rooms, so make sure you follow the proper procedures before changing your room. There is a $25-50 fee for student-initiated room changes. Please see the Housing Handbook for details on room transfer requirements and other applicable fees.
Room transfers are only accepted for review during the following dates:
- Fall semester: Nov 1 to 30
- Winter semester: Feb 1 to 27
- Summer semester: June 15 to July 15
