IT Service Desk - COVID-19 Response

Information Technology Services has made the decision to remove walk-in service as an entry point of support at the IT Service Desk.

The IT Service Desk will remain open, with extended hours 8am-8pm Monday through Friday, through all other regular channels including phone, email, remote desktop control , as well as through our ticketing system.


IT Service Desk hours of operation

Extended Hours of Support - via email, ticket system, phone

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am–8 pm

Fall and Winter semester

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 8 am–8 pm
  • Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, closed

Summer semester

  • Monday to Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm
  • Saturday and Sunday, closed

Submit a ticket to IT Service Desk

  1. Go to itservicedesk.ufv.ca.
  2. Login.
    • Students: Use your student number and 8-12 myUFV digit password.
    • Employees: Use your UFV network username and password.
  1. Please provide your full name, student/employee number, phone number and details of your inquiry.
