The UFV Library and Information Technology department proudly announces the introduction of a new award (available in Spring of 2009), recognizing student achievement in leadership. This $250 award will be available to UFV students in the Library and Information Technology program who have demonstrated leadership through things such as community service, student activities, and volunteerism and are in good academic standing.
In order to build the endowment and offer a larger sum, we encourage alumni and community members to consider contributing to this important award. Information on giving can be found at: UFV Giving.
There are various sources of financial assistance available to existing and incoming students. This aid can be in the form of Awards, Bursaries, Scholarships and Student Loans. Below is information about specific items available to students in the Library and Information Technology Program.
For more information on bursaries, scholarships, awards, and the application process, visit UFV's Financial Aid. There are numerous bursaries and awards that many LIBIT students are eligible for.
