Students without the appropriate course prerequisites or not in our programs may register in ECE courses with permission and provided space is available.
Students without the prerequisites or program requirements will need to submit a Program/Prerequisite waiver form. The course instructor or department head will review your request.
Important notes:
- Waivers will be reviewed and approved ONLY after all students with the prerequisites or students in our programs have had the opportunity to register.
- We will not consider waiver requests to register in ECE courses that are restricted to "dual credit" students. These sections are reserved for high school students and UFV students are not permitted to register in these classes.
