Trauma-sensitive yoga may benefit your overall wellness as it is a practice intended for moments of interoception, embodiment and connecting with one’s mind and body.
Five core elements will be woven into this 60-minute session: invitation, choice-making, non-coercion, interoception and shared authentic experience.
