Our mission at the Office of Sustainability is:

We do this work through the lens of the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
Aligning with UN goals
UFV has committed to the United Nations (UN) Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by becoming a UN Academic Impact member and by signing of the SDG Accord.

UFV has earned a STARS Silver rating in recognition of its sustainability achievements from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE). This achievement is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire university community to create a more sustainable future.
