Partnerships
The Teacher Education Program at UFV has established close links with seven school districts, which help support teacher candidates through the provision of practicum placements. In addition, district administrators and teachers regularly provide feedback to the Teacher Education department through the Teacher Education Program Advisory Committee. Many specialist teachers from the districts are regularly invited as guests to our program and there are opportunities for collaborative professional development.
