In the event of a disruption in the delivery of mail by Canada Post, please do NOT submit StudentAid BC documents to a designated Canada Post outlet. Instead, take your loan documents to your nearest Service Canada location, ensure you sign the document, provide your banking information and bring proper ID. Should you have other student aid documents that need to be forwarded to StudentAid BC, such as declarations , appeals or reassessments, bring them to the Financial Aid & Awards Office for our weekly courier service. To inquire on the status of your Master Student Financial Assistance Agreement (MSFAA), please call the National Student Loan Service Centre at: 1-888-815-4514.
