UFV ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS

If you are enrolling at UFV in the academic year immediately following your high school graduation, you may qualify for a UFV Entrance Scholarship award. Recipients are selected based on academic excellence, community/school involvement, volunteer experience, and leadership endeavours.

International students can visit UFV International’s website for a list of international entrance awards.

Calculation of GPA

Calculation of Entrance Scholarship GPAs are based on grade 12 courses only. Interim grades must be included in each application package, to report the student's current academic standing in grade 12 courses.

Provincial Examinations and Approved Grade 12 Courses

UFV does not require provincial examinations, but high school graduation requires provincial exams in some subjects. If you wrote provincial exams, the higher of your school mark or your blended grade (school mark and provincial exam mark combined) is used for GPA calculation.
