Obtaining a post-secondary education requires a considerable financial investment. It is essential that students and their families plan for financing their education on both a short-term and long-term basis. This website provides valuable information and advice regarding sources of financial aid for students attending University of the Fraser Valley.

Every year, millions of dollars in federal and provincial loans, grants, bursaries, scholarships, and awards are processed and disbursed to UFV students through UFV's Financial Aid and Awards office.

Explore through our web pages for more information on these programs or please contact Financial Aid and Awards. We provide individualized advising for a variety of educational funding opportunities.

If you are in receipt of Canada student grant funding and a part of the Accessible Tourism project you may be interested in the following:

Dear Accessible Tourism project participants:

As part of the project, all the domestic students in the participating classes will receive a stipend for contributing to community building through Work-Integrated Learning.

In addition to the stipend, the Centre for Experiential and Career Education (CECE) would like to offer other resources (non-monetary) to the domestic students who fall under the under-represented students' categories, such as CAS-registered, Canada Student Grant, and Indigenous students. We are working in conjunction with the corresponding support units within UFV. If you are interested in receiving an additional support over and above an individual stipend attached to your project experience, please email Larissa Horne at larissa.horne@ufv.ca directly at your earliest convenience to learn about the next steps. This project has been funded in part by the Government of Canada's Innovative Work-Integrated Learning program and CEWIL Canada's iHUB."

Please contact Larissa Horne directly. Financial Aid & Awards is just ensuring the word gets out.
