Food services for housing students

We've got you covered with a variety of food, snack, and drink choices.

• Spirit Bear Cafe (A Building)
• Tim Horton's (G Building)
• Triple O's food truck (between Building E and S)
• Fair Grounds Coffee Shop (SUB)

The original Cascade Cafeteria in B Building is closed until Fall 2025 for construction of the new dining hall and student housing building. Cafeteria services have temporarily moved to the second floor of S Building (SUB).

When you live in housing, your suite includes:

• an apartment-sized fridge with freezer
• a microwave

Kitchenettes include a sink as well.

Community (shared) kitchens are available on every floor of the Lá:lem te Baker building. There are stoves/ovens for cooking as well as sinks for washing and countertops for food preparation. 

Load your campus card with a pre-paid UFV meal plan, then enjoy meals, coffee, snacks, and to-go items from UFV's eligible food service offerings.

Meal plans are currently optional for students living in on-campus housing.

Starting in Fall 2025, any student moving into UFV on-campus housing for their first academic year in housing (or semester), regardless of year of study, will be required to purchase a meal plan. More information on the terms & conditions can be found here.
