How do I submit a claim online?

On Manulife website

Log in to your Manulife account:

• Submit a claim is where you submit your claims online and/or download hard copies of the claim forms.
• You may sign up for direct deposit to have your claims paid electronically. Direct deposit significantly decreases the time between your claim submission and your reimbursement.
• Claims History is where you will find information on your past and pending claims

With Manulife mobile app

Manage and submit your claims through Manulife mobile app. Use the same login information you do when using Manulife website.

Are my specific medications covered?

Use the Manulife Provincial Drug Plans Resource Centre to search for a specific drug that may not typically be covered under government plans.

Am I covered for medical when I travel?
